Booking

For portrait photography there is a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost due at time of booking to ensure your spot.  The rest of the amount is due the same day as the shoot.


For family or group portraits there will be a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost due at time of booking.  The rest of the amount is due the same day as the shoot.  

For event photography there is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost due upon booking.  The rest of the amount is due the same day as the shoot.

If you require or request hair and makeup there will be additional costs which will vary based on which of our makeup / hair artists are available.

Every model is required to sign a model release. 


For family or group portraits the model release is to be signed by the person scheduling the shoot with the understanding that the release encompasses the entire event.


For events the model release is to be signed by the bride and groom with the understanding that the release encompasses the entire event.

The photographer commutes between the DFW metroplex and the Texas Panhandle; therefore, if booking is requested for a time which the photographer had not already set aside to be in the area there will be additional fees to cover the cost of travel.
